The National Committee on American Foreign Policy (NCAFP) made its annual fact-finding trip to Taipei, Beijing, and Seoul from December 6-16, 2017. The delegation included Ambassador Raymond Burghardt, former Chairman of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT); RADM Michael McDevitt (USN, ret), Center for Naval Analyses; Evans Revere, former Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for East Asia and the Pacific; Ralph Cossa, Pacific Forum CSIS; and Rorry Daniels, NCAFP.
