In keeping with its mission to offer educational programs that address security challenges facing the United States, the National Committee on American Foreign Policy organizes public briefings, panel discussions and lectures by prominent government and former government officials and foreign policy experts.

Public Education Events

The NCAFP is nonpartisan and covers a wide range of issues focused on U.S. policy in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Russia.  We have also expanded to cover global governance topics such as climate change, emerging technology and beyond.

Annual Awards Gala

Each year, the NCAFP honors a number of outstanding individuals for their contributions to foreign policy, corporate leadership, the arts, and beyond. The gala event is the organization’s largest fundraiser, as well as a celebration of its crucial work around the world and commitment to keeping global lines of communication open during the most turbulent of times. Its roster of awards includes:
