ZagoriaAugust 24, 1928 – September 16, 2025 Dr. Donald Zagoria was a pioneer in his field and the founder of the Forum on Asia-Pacific Security at the NCAFP.  He leaves a legacy of convening U.S.-China and cross-Taiwan Strait dialogues. With his foresight, he recognized that fostering Track II dialogues would yield the most effective policy recommendations for achieving peaceful resolutions. September 2025 The National Committee on American Foreign Policy (NCAFP) is proud to launch the third cohort of the Northern Ireland Emerging Leaders Program, a mentorship initiative that empowers community leaders to drive change and strengthen transatlantic ties. NCAFP Launches Second Year of Northern Ireland Emerging Leaders Program NCAFP held the inaugural meeting of the second cohort of Northern Ireland Emerging Leaders in Belfast on December 7, 2024.
