Cross-Taiwan Strait Specialists
This Track II virtual working group is an initiative of the NCAFP’s Asia-Pacific security program that highlights new and diverse voices and brings them into the NCAFP’s long-established Track II dialogues on cross-Strait relations, especially in the continued absence of official dialogue and limited academic exchanges. The NCAFP maintains a long track record of being a trusted organization to convene participants from all three sides and build trust over the last three decades. It is important to build that same level of trust among the next generation of cross-Strait specialists and Track II practitioners from both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
